1. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for delivery. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The wrong product was delivered
- Products were damaged during delivery
- Out-of-stock items after payment

3. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Proof of issue (e.g., photo) may be required. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.
